As an Indonesia incorporated entity, here are the key documents you'll need:
· Certificate of Incorporation/Established Deed & Approval from MoLHR (Ministry of Labour and Human Resources)
· Latest Article of Association (AoA) also includes the Deeds for appointment of current Board of Directors & Commissioners and current shareholders of the company and its Approval from MoLHR
· Business License
· Company Tax Identification Number
· ID of Directors, Commissioner, and Shareholders as listed in latest AoA (For Indonesian: E-KTP; For foreign entities: Passport and KITAS (Limited stay permit) (if any) that is still valid· ID of Authorised User (For Indonesian: E-KTP; for foreigners: Passport and KITAS (Limited stay permit) (if any) that is still valid
· Signed Onboarding Form
Please note that the documents needed will also depend on where your business is incorporated and which is the relevant Wallex entity you are transacting with. A Corporate Profile of the company as well as the identifying documents of the shareholders is usually the starting point. We may require more documents as well depending on the nature of the business.
