M-DAQ Payment Solutions Pte. Ltd Client Referral Programme
The Terms and Conditions for M-DAQ Payment Solutions Pte. Ltd. “Wallex” Client Referral Programme are effective as of April 1, 2022. The Terms and Conditions of the Wallex Client Referral Programme constitute a binding legal agreement “the Agreement” between Wallex and you, "the Client and/or Referrer", participating in the Wallex Client Referral Programme.
Clients of M-DAQ Payment Solutions Pte. Ltd. is governed by its standard terms of conditions set forth here (referred to as the “Wallex T&Cs”). Capitalised terms that are used but not otherwise defined in these terms and conditions shall have the definitions ascribed to them in the Wallex T&Cs.
The Client Referral Programme is only eligible for direct sales referrals and does not apply to special agreements or partnerships.
1. CLIENT REFERRAL PARTICIPATION
- By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Wallex T&Cs and Wallex’s decision
- You agree for Wallex to share your information with the Referee - the individual or the corporation that you referred to Wallex.
2. CRITERIA FOR SUCCESSFUL REFERRAL
- The referrer ( individual / company sharing a referral) is an existing customer of Wallex. The unique individual / company being referred is not an existing customer of Wallex.
- The Individual or Company referred to Wallex signs up with a corporate account, is approved by Wallex post completion of the registration process, and makes their first transaction within Wallex platform while the referral program is being run.
- The individual or company referred uses the Referrer’s code when signing up with Wallex. If any other coupon code apart from the one sent by the Referrer is used, the Referrer won’t be eligible for the reward.
- The referral reward will be processed only after successful account creation and approval using Referrer’s code and making their first transaction within Wallex platform.
- A unique individual / company counts as one referral. A referrer can make multiple unique referrals.
- Wallex reserves the right to onboard / reject the referral if referee does not qualify for the program (i.e. no payment needs / sit outside of risk appetite, etc).
3. DELIVERY OF CLIENT REFERRAL REWARD
The Client Referral Reward is generally processed to the Referrer within 30 business days after the referee make their first transaction within Wallex platform.
Wallex expressly reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice to the customer(s), to add and/or alter, modify, change or vary all or in part, this Program or to withdraw the Program altogether.
4. REFERRAL REWARD
- Each successful Referral qualifies for a reward of a S$100 Grab voucher for the referrer
- Terms and conditions of the voucher issuer apply.
- Typically the Grab vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind.
- Vouchers have their own validity and must be redeemed within the stipulated period.
5. DATA PROTECTION
You represent and warrant to us that you have obtained the express consent from the individuals and company they represent when you share their data with us.
6. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Wallex may revise this Agreement at any time by amending this page. Continued use of the Referral Program shall amount to acceptance of the Agreement in force at that time.
7. CHANGES TO THE REFERRAL PROGRAM
Wallex reserves the right to:
- amend, alter or change the Referral Program at any time, without notice; and
- terminate the Referral Program at any time, without notice. In the event the Referral Program is terminated, Wallex will not be obliged to credit any accounts that would have otherwise qualified for Referral Reward.
8. ABUSE OF THE REFERRAL TERMS
Wallex has the right to refuse to deliver you the Referral Reward if (in its sole and absolute discretion) Wallex suspects that you have not used the Referral Program in good faith or have breached this Agreement.
We will determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Agreement. When a breach of this Agreement has occurred, Wallex may take such action as we deem appropriate, including (but not limited to) termination of this Agreement, closing your account(s) and suspending the Referral Program.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Wallex accepts no liability for any use of the Referral Program which does not comply with this Agreement.
